Even if the woman with whom you are in contact tells that she urgently needs money for a predicament and asks you to help her financially, the first and most important rule in such a case is:
NEVER SEND MONEY TO THE LADY!!!
First of all do not do it if you know the woman only from internet and have not met her in person yet.
The request to send money is very popular. As a rule, after the payment you will lose the contact with the woman and will hear nothing more from her if she is not so impudent to ask you for money again.
To get your money back later is hopeless.

Deceivers can work alone or also in organised groups. They usually find their victims in internet. They announce themselves under a pseudonym in anonymous partner exchanges. Clear addresses are not given or are simply wrong. Correspondence goes only via e-mail addresses which could be quickly changed or deleted.
If you are a certain time in the contact with the woman, ask her for her telephone number and the address. The women don’t tell you their addresses after your first letter to them. Flowers are the ideal present on the world woman's day. This proved also the survey of the Levada centre in March 2007. 50% of the Russian and Ukrainian women are glad to get flowers. Only 16% of the women want to get perfume and cosmetics. With sweets (chocolates, cakes, chocolate etc.) one can give a pleasure to only 15% of the women.

Why should this be difficult-to give flowers?
Only an odd number of flowers should be given to all important in Ukraine and Russia holidays! Namely not only on the world woman's day, but always. One brings a just number of flowers in Russia and Ukraine only to a burial or for the cemetery visit.

Tulips are also good in Russia and Ukraine as a symbol of spring. With mimosas and narcissi they are the most popular small present to the 8th March.
